Please read the following section which refers to the various conditions of your walking holiday in Ireland. The Organizer of your holiday is Wonderful Ireland Ltd, 63 Dundrum Gate, Dundrum, Dublin 16, Ireland. Price Other than the listed price for your holiday, there are no additional taxes, duties or fees. Any optional excursions and entry fees are not included and are to be paid by yourselves. Cancellation Arrangements In the rare event of your holiday being cancelled we will refund in full all money paid to us by you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any individual booking. Insurance It is essential to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellation, personal accident, illness, or loss of possessions. Wonderful Ireland or its servants or agents cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your baggage, or for your illness or injury while on holiday. We also cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Proof of adequate Insurance cover is required before your Walking Holiday can commence. Health and medical care Obviously, normal good health is essential to enjoy a walking holiday. Please let us know if you suffer from any medical condition that may affect you on your walking holiday. It is your responsibility to get medical advice on whether this type of holiday is suitable for you. If you are resident in the EU we advise you to bring a completed E111 form. This will enable you to obtain health care on the same basis as Irish residents. These conditions form the basis of the contract between the undersigned and Wonderful Ireland Ltd.
